Paradigm Plex Network (“Paradigm Plex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides these Paradigm Plex Services to you (“you” or “your”), subject to the terms contained in this Paradigm Plex Terms of Use (this “Terms of Use”). The Paradigm Plex Services enable you to access various features, tools, applications, content, community pages, messaging services, social features, user content posting, contests, promotions, and other services (individually and collectively, the “Activities”). The Paradigm Plex Services are accessible via our website located at ParadigmPlex.com (the “Paradigm Plex Site”) and any applications we may offer on mobile, desktop, or other devices (the “Apps,” and each, an “App”).

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION: By accessing and/or using any Paradigm Plex Services, you and we agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (with limited exceptions) and to resolve any dispute between us through the dispute resolution procedure described in Section 11 below. You and Paradigm Plex waive the right to bring or participate in a class action in connection with such disputes. Please review Section 11 titled “Informal Dispute Resolution Procedure, Arbitration Agreement, and Class Action Waiver” carefully for details regarding this dispute resolution procedure (including the procedure to opt out of arbitration).
1. Changes to the Terms of Use by Paradigm Plex
Paradigm Plex may modify these Terms of Use at any time by posting the modified Terms of Use on the Paradigm Plex Services (available at ParadigmPlex.com/terms). Any modification will be effective upon posting. Your continued access and/or use of the Paradigm Plex Services after such modification constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the modified Terms of Use, you may not access or use the Paradigm Plex Services. As the Paradigm Plex Services evolve, we may change or discontinue all or any part of them at our sole discretion, at any time, without advance notice or liability to you. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Paradigm Plex Services without notice or liability.
2. Access and Use of the Paradigm Plex Services and Content
Age Limitations and Restrictions
The Paradigm Plex Services are not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, you may not access, use, or create an account to use the Paradigm Plex Services or provide personal information to us. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use or create an account only with the consent of your parent or guardian, who must agree to these Terms of Use on your behalf. Access to certain content or Activities may be restricted based on age, technical, or legal considerations, at our sole discretion. Accessing the Paradigm Plex Services from territories where we do not offer them is prohibited.
Registration and Your Information
To use certain features or participate in certain Activities, you may need to create an account (“Account”). You can do this with your email address or via third-party social networking services (e.g., Google) (each, an “SNS Account”). If you use an SNS Account, we will create your Account by extracting personal information such as your name and email address permitted by your SNS Account privacy settings.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for your Account and update it as needed. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your Account. You are responsible for keeping your password and Account secure, not disclosing your password, and notifying us immediately of unauthorized use at [email protected]. You are liable for all activities under your Account, whether or not you authorized them.
Paradigm Plex Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, Paradigm Plex grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, with no right to sublicense, to access and use the Paradigm Plex Services for personal, non-commercial purposes as intended and permitted by these Terms of Use.
The Content
Content available through the Paradigm Plex Services (“Content”) is for permissible personal, non-commercial use only, in compliance with these Terms of Use. You may not remove, alter, bypass, or interfere with any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices, or any digital rights management or access control measures associated with the Content or Paradigm Plex Services. You may not copy, download, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit the Content unless expressly permitted by us in writing. This includes not creating derivative works or using the Content for commercial purposes without our explicit consent.
The Apps
Subject to these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install our Apps on a device you own or control for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or make the Apps available to others except as permitted here. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
Accessing Apps from App Stores
If you access an App via an app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) (an “App Provider”), these Terms of Use are between you and Paradigm Plex, not the App Provider. The App Provider is not obligated to provide maintenance or support, and Paradigm Plex is solely responsible for the App, warranties (if any), and claims related to it, subject to these Terms of Use. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.
Ownership
Paradigm Plex and/or its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Paradigm Plex Services and Content, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You agree not to remove or alter any proprietary notices.
Your Responsibilities and Enforcement Rights
You may use the Paradigm Plex Services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights.
User Content is non-confidential, and you have no expectation of privacy. We may retain it after Account termination and are not obligated to remove it from third-party platforms. You are responsible for your User Content; we disclaim liability for it.
6. Linked Destinations and Advertising
The Paradigm Plex Services may link to third-party sites or resources. We are not responsible for their content or services, and your use is at your own risk. We are not liable for advertisements or third-party dealings.
7. Trademarks
Paradigm Plex, the Paradigm Plex logo, ParadigmPlex.com, and related marks are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our written consent.
8. Feedback

9. Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnity

Our liability is limited to amounts paid by you for the Services, if any, and excludes indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You indemnify us against claims arising from your use, misuse, or breach of these Terms of Use.
10. Notice and Procedure for Claims of Copyright Infringement

11. Informal Dispute Resolution Procedure, Arbitration Agreement, and Class Action Waiver
Disputes between you and Paradigm Plex will be resolved through informal efforts (60-day notice and negotiation) and, if unresolved, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, unless opting out or filing in small claims court. 12. Termination
We may terminate your access at our discretion without notice. You may cancel your Account via the Paradigm Plex Services. Certain sections survive termination.
